Privacy Notice

Last updated October 7, 2026

O-L Guy Farms is a family run farm, ranch and land services operation based near Chapel Hill, Texas, serving landowners around Tyler. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us and what we do with it. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

Only what you give us. Depending on how you reach out, that can include:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The town or ZIP where the property is
• What the project is and roughly how big it is
• When you want the work started
• Any photos of the property you choose to send

If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Facebook passes us the answers you filled in on that form. Facebook handles that form under its own terms and privacy policy.

What we do with it

• Call or text you back about the project you asked about
• Work out whether the job is inside our service area and something we can do
• Put together a bid or set up a time to walk the property
• Email you a confirmation that we got your request, if you gave us an email address
• Keep a record of the job if you hire us

That is the whole list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information
• We do not rent or trade it
• We do not share it with other contractors
• We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for one

Who sees it

Scott Offerle and the people helping O-L Guy Farms handle new project requests. We use ordinary business tools such as phone, text, email and Meta's advertising tools to receive and manage these requests, and those providers handle data under their own terms.

Ads and cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel. It tells us whether our Facebook ads bring people to the site, and it lets us show our ads to people who have visited. You can manage the ads you see in your Facebook ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.

Calls and texts

If you give us your phone number, you are asking us to contact you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting you.

How long we keep it

Project requests are kept while we are working on them and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (903) 920-7741 and say so. No form required.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
